The AMP1049-1 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid state high power amplifier that operates from 2 to 6.5 GHz. This class AB linear GaN amplifier delivers more than 50 Watts of CW output power with a gain of over 47 dB. It requires a supply voltage of 28-30 VDC and consumes up to 12 A of current. This amplifier is available in a compact module that measures 285 x 106 x 27 mm with SMA female connectors. This SSPA is suitable for all modulation standards, has built-in protection circuits and an instantaneous wide bandwidth.
