The AMP1074 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid state power amplifier that operates from 2 to 20 GHz. It provides a saturated power of 10 Watts and requires a supply of 32 VDC while drawing up to 4 A of current. This amplifier has a small signal gain of 40 dB with a flatness of 5 dB and a VSWR of 3:1. It is available in a module that measures 110 x 110 x 27 mm with SMA female connectors.
