The AMP1074-7 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid state power amplifier that operates from 10.5 to 20.2 GHz. This class AB GaN amplifier delivers a gain of more than 40 dB with an output power of over 10 watts. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 32 V DC and consumes up to 5 A of current. It is available in a rugged module that measures 160 x 140 x 27 mm with SMA female connectors. This SSPA is suitable for all single channel modulation standards and has built-in protection circuits.
