The AMP1145P-A from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid state high power amplifier that operates from 0.4 to 2 GHz. This amplifier has been developed for pulse applications and delivers a peak output power of up to 1200 Watts with 10% duty cycle, a pulse width of 100 µsec and a rise/fall time of less than 75 nsec. It provides a gain of up to 60 dB with 2 dB flatness across the frequency band. The amplifier requires a 50 V supply and 15/100 A of current. It is ideal for high power P, L & S-Band high power pulse applications. The amplifier has a built-in fast pulse modulator and monitoring and protecting circuits. It is available in a high-reliability rugged module with SMA/N Type connectors.
