The AMP2024A-1 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 80 to 1000 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 150 W with a gain of over 52 dB. The amplifier has a class A/AB linear design and includes built-in protection circuits with extensive monitoring for forward/reflected power, VSWR, voltage, current & temperature sensing for superb reliability and ruggedness. It has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc.
The SSPA has a local LCD screen with Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, and USB interfaces. It is available in a 3U chassis that measures 430 x 133 x 600 mm with N-type (female) connectors. The SSPA has been designed for EMI/RFI, lab, CW/Pulse, EMC testing, and all communication applications. It requires an AC supply from 100 to 200 V and consumes less than 700 W of power.
