The AMP2040B-LC from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid- State Power Amplifier that operates from 80 to 1000 MHz. It delivers an output power of more than 250 W with a gain of 54 dB. This linear Class A/AB amplifier is equipped with built-in protection circuits with extensive monitoring that includes forward/reflected power monitoring, VSWR, voltage/current/temperature sensing for superb reliability and ruggedness. It has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. The SSPA is available in a rack-mountable 3U chassis that measures 430 x 133 x 600 mm with N-type (female) connectors. It requires an AC supply from 100-240 V and consumes less than 1200 W of power. The amplifier is designed for EMC testing, EMI/RFI, laboratory, and all communications applications.
