The AMP2053A-1LC from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 6 to 10 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 100 W with a gain of more than 50 dB. This Class A/AB linear amplifier has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. The SSPA is equipped with built-in protection circuits and provides extensive monitoring parameters for all modulations, standards, forward/reflected power in Watts & dBm, VSWR, voltage, current, and temperature for optimum reliability & ruggedness. It also features Exodus’ quiet-cool technology for closed-circuit air-liquid cooling.
The AMP2053A-1LC has a color-LCD control panel and can be controlled remotely. It is available in a rack-mounted 3U chassis that measures 5.25 x 19.00 x 27.00 inches with N-type (female) connectors and is ideal for use in broadband EMI/RFI, lab, CW/pulse, and all communication applications. The SSPA requires an AC supply from 100-240 V and consumes less than 800 W of power.
