The AMP2070C from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid-state power amplifier that operates from 0.7 to 6 GHz. This class A/AB GaN amplifier produces over 100 watts of power (50 W P1dB) with a gain of over 50 dB. The amplifier has excellent gain flatness, optional monitoring parameters for Forward/Reflected power, voltage, current & temperature sensing for superb reliability and ruggedness. It has been designed for EMI/RFI, Lab, Communications and EW applications and is suitable for CW, pulse and all single channel modulation standards.
The AMP2070C is available as a rack mount system that measures 430 x 133.3 x 560 mm with N-Type Female connectors and can be remotely controlled via Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, USB RS232/RS422/485 GPIB IEEE interfaces.
