The AMP2074P-4KW from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 1.0 to 2.5 GHz. It delivers a pulsed output power of more than 4 kW with a power gain of 66 dB. This SSPA is based on the Class AB linear advanced technology design that delivers high efficiency with unprecedented reliability and ruggedness. It has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. This power amplifier has built-in protection circuits with a set of extensive monitoring parameters such as voltage, current, VSWR, input/output power, gain, forward/reverse power, and noise levels. It can be integrated into systems that require a linear high peak pulsed power in the L and S bands.
The AMP2074P-4KW integrates remote flexible interfaces such as Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS-422/485, USB, and an optional GPIO. It also has an LCD touchscreen for status indications.
