The AMP2099C from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 0.5 to 6 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 150 W (CW/Pulsed) with a gain of over 53 dB. This class A/AB amplifier uses high-power advanced technology devices and has built-in protection circuits (up to 10 dBm) with extensive monitoring such as forward/reflected power monitoring, VSWR, voltage/current/temperature sensing. It has spurious levels of better than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. The amplifier has a local LCD and remote flexible interfaces that include Ethernet RJ-45, TCP/IP, RS422/485, and USB.
The AMP2099C is available in a compact 4U, rack-mounted chassis that measures 482 x 178 x 560 mm with N-type (female) connectors and is designed for EMI/RFI, lab, CW/Pulse, and all communication applications. It requires an AC supply from 100 to 240 V and consumes less than 1.4 kW of power.
