The AMP2103P from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 0.8 to 3.2 GHz. The amplifier provides an output power of more than 500 watts CW and 1000 watts Pulsed with a power gain of 60 dB. During pulsed more operation it has a pulse width of 100 us and a duty cycle of 10%.

The amplifier is available as a rack-mount unit that measures 430 x 266 x 600 mm with an N-type female connector at the input and a 7/16 DIN connector at the output. It can be remotely controlled via Ethernet RJ-45 and USB RS422/485 GPIB Interfaces. Amplifier monitoring parameters include forward/reflected power, VSWR, voltage, current & temperature sensing for optimum reliability & ruggedness. It requires a 180 to 264 V AC supply and consumes up to 3 kW of power. This class AB linear GaN amplifier features built-in protection circuits.
