The AMP2120-3 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 1 to 18 GHz. It delivers 25 W of saturated output power (P1dB of 8 W) with a gain of more than 43 dB. This amplifier exhibits 2-tone intermodulation (IMD) of -30 dBc, spurious of -60 dBc, and harmonics of -20 dBc. It is based on an ultra-broadband hybrid MMIC design and has in-built protection circuits. The amplifier is ideal for broadband EMI/RFI, lab, and EW applications.

The AMP2120-3 is available as a rack-mount package that measures 430 x 133 x 560 mm with N-type female connectors. It supports optional Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB, and GPIB interfaces. The amplifier requires a 100 - 240 VAC supply and consumes up to 500 watts of power.
