The AMP2131P from Exodus Advanced Communications is a rack mounted Class AB LDMOS Amplifier that operates from 0.5 to 1 GHz. This amplifier provides a pulsed output power of more than 10,000 watts with a power gain of over 70 dB. It has harmonics of -20 dBc and spurious of -60 dBc. The amplifier has built in control, monitoring and protection circuits and has been developed for use in rugged environments. It is suitable for high power - P-band pulse applications and has an instantaneous wide bandwidth.
