The AMP2136P-4KW from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 2 to 4 GHz. It delivers a peak pulsed output power of 4 kW with a gain of more than 66 dB (gain adjustment range of 20 dB). The SSPA has a pulse width of up to 100 µs, 6% duty cycle, and a pulse droop of less than 1 dB. It has a rise/fall time better than 50 ns and a maximum input return loss of 10 dB.
