The AMP2142ADB-250 is a solid state high power amplifier that operates from 10 kHz to 2 GHz. It provides an output power of more than 250 watts with a gain of over 54 dB. This Class A/AB linear amplifier is based on LDMOS/GaN devices and can be controlled via the front panel on the amplifier system or remotely.
