The AMP2142DB-100 from Exodus Advanced Communications is an LDMOS Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 10 kHz to 1000 MHz. This Class A/AB amplifier delivers a minimum saturated output power of 100 W with a gain of more than 50 dB. It has typical harmonics of -20 dBc and spurious of up to -60 dBc. It is suitable for all single channel modulation standards and has built-in protection circuits. The amplifier is available as a rugged rack-mount unit that measures 430 x 133.3 x 560 mm with N-type (F) connectors and is designed for broadband EMI/RFI, laboratories, communication, and EW applications. It has optional Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, and GPIB interfaces. The amplifier requires an AC supply voltage from 100-240 V and consumes up to 800 W of power.
