The AMP2145B from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It delivers a CW/Pulsed saturated output power of 30 W with a power gain of more than 44 dB. This amplifier has a 2-tone intermodulation (IMD) of -30 dBc, harmonics of -20 dB, and spurious emission of -60 dBc. It has a class A/AB linear design and built-in protection circuits with a forward RF Sample port. The amplifier can be controlled via Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB, and GPIB (optional) interfaces. It is available in a compact rack-mounted 3U package that measures 430 x 133 x 600 mm with 2.92 mm K-Female (input) and WRD180 (output) connectors. This amplifier is ideal for EMI/RFI, lab, CW/Pulse, and all communication applications.

This SSPA requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes less than 800 W of power.
