The AMP3004P from Exodus Advanced Communications high power peak pulse amplifier that operates from 9 to 10 GHz. It has a peak pulse output power of 400 watts (500 watts typ.), with a peak pulse P1dB of 55 dBm and a power peak gain of 56 dB. The amplifiers compact size, high efficiency, ruggedness and full load protection makes it suitable for all X-Band radar applications including phased array, airborne and costal radar systems.
