The AMP4037 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid State Power Amplifier that operates in three bands (A, B, and C). In-band A, it operates from 18 to 26.5 GHz and provides a saturated output power of 10 Watts. In-band B, it operates from 26.5 to 31.5 GHz and provides a saturated output power of 8 Watts. In-band C, it operates from 31.5 to 40 GHz and provides a saturated output power of 8 Watts. The amplifier has a small signal gain of 40 dB with gain flatness of 6 dB. It operates over an AC supply voltage from 100 to 240 V and consumes up to 600 watts of power.
The amplifier has 3 input and output ports with separate On/Off switches and manual gain adjust dials for each band. It is available in a rack-mount chassis with 2.92 mm SMA (F) / WG28 / WG34 / WR42 connectors that measures 482 x 222 x 400 mm. The amplifier has an in-built cooling fan.
