The AMP4039P-2 is a solid state pulsed power amplifier that operates from 5.4 to 5.9 GHz. The amplifier provides a pulsed output power of over 2 KW @ 10% duty cycle, with a gain of over 67 dB. The unit has excellent gain flatness, fast Rise/Fall times and excellent pulse characteristics. This GaN amplifier is based on a class AB design and is ideal for high power - C-Band pulse applications. It is available in a high reliability, rugged rack mount package that measures 430 x 133 x 560 mm. Included are amplifier monitoring parameters for Forward/Reflected power, as well as voltage, current & temperature sensing for optimum reliability & ruggedness for all applications.
