The AMP4039P-3 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid State High-Power Pulse Amplifier that operates from 5.4 to 5.9 GHz. This GaN amplifier provides a peak output power of over 2.5 kW @ 10 % duty cycle, with a gain of over 64 dB.
The AMP4039P-3 is available in a 19-inches rack mount system that measures 430 x 222 x 560 mm with a BNC-female connector at the input and an SMA-female connector at the output.
