The AMP4065LC-400 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 18.0 to 26.5 GHz. It delivers CW/pulsed saturated output power of 450 W and a power gain of more than 56 dB. This amplifier has harmonics of less than -20 dBc and spurious of less than -60 dBc. It has a return loss of less than -10 dB (input/output) and a 2-tone intermodulation (IMD) of -30 dBc. This amplifier has a class A/AB linear design and built-in protection circuits with extensive monitoring. It requires a 3-phase AC supply of 180-240 V and consumes less than 16 KW of power. 

The AMP4065LC-400 can be controlled via Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB, and GPIB interfaces. It is available in a 20U rack mount enclosure that measures 1608 x 600 x 900 mm and has a 2.92 mm (female) connector at the input and a WR42 waveguide interface at the output port. This amplifier is ideal for EMI/RFI, lab, CW/Pulse and all EW communication applications.
