The AMP4091-LC from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 18 to 21.7 GHz. It delivers a CW/Pulsed output power of 250 W with more than 53 dB of gain. This Class A/AB linear amplifier has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. The SSPA is equipped with built-in protection circuits and provides extensive monitoring parameters for all modulations, standards, forward/reflected power in Watts & dBm, VSWR, voltage, current, and temperature. It also features Exodus’ quiet-cool technology for closed-circuit air-liquid cooling.
The AMP4091-LC has an LCD control panel and can also be controlled remotely. It is available in a rack-mounted 6U-chassis that measures 430 x 266 x 600 mm with a K-type (female) connector for the input and a WR-51 waveguide interface for the output. This amplifier is ideal for use in EMI/RFI, lab, and communication applications. The SSPA requires an AC supply from 100-240 V and consumes less than 1800 W of power.
