The LNA2006 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Low Noise Amplifier (SSLNA) that operates from 10 MHz to 18 GHz. It provides a gain of 23 dB with a noise figure of 4.5 dB and has an output P1dB of more than 20 dBm. This amplifier is based on Class A linear advanced technology design and has a small form-factor. It is suitable for all single channel modulation standards and provides an instantaneous ultra-broad bandwidth. It consists of built-in protection circuits and ensures high efficiency with unprecedented reliability and ruggedness. This SSLNA integrates Ethernet RJ45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB, and optional GPIB interfaces for remote monitoring and control of parameters such as gain, VSWR, voltage, current, and temperature. It is available in a benchtop enclosure that measures 242 x 110 x 384 mm with N-type (female) input/output connectors and SMA connectors (optional). This LNA requires an AC supply from 100 to 240 V and consumes less than 50 W of power.
