The MPA3013 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Power Amplifier that operates from 26.5 to 40 GHz. This rugged class A amplifier provides a P1dB of over 30 dBm with a linear gain of more than 36 dB. The device requires a DC supply voltage of 8 VDC and consumes up to 4.6 A of current.
