The A-177212-100 from GeoSync Microwave is an Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 17.7 to 21.2 GHz. It provides a gain of more than 60 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.3 dB and has a P1dB of over 12 dBm. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 15 V and consumes up to 190 mA of current. The I/Os are internally matched to 50 ohms and the amplifier has excellent group delay of ±0.1 ns and phase linearity of ±2.5°. It is available in a weatherproof, nickel-plated aluminum module with a WR-34/WR-42 waveguide input and 3.5mm/2.92mm output connector.
