The GRF2001 from Guerrilla RF is a broadband, low noise linear gain block that operates from 500 MHz to 11 GHz. It has been designed to have excellent linearity making the amplifier ideal for small cell, wireless infrastructure and other high performance applications. The device requires a supply voltage of 2.7 to 5.5 V with a selectable Iddq range of 30 to 65 mA. The GRF2001 is internally matched to 50 ohms at the input and output and can be used in microwave backhaul, multi-stage cascaded amplifiers and fast switching TDD systems applications.
