The GRF2003 from GuerrillaRF is a low noise gain block amplifier that operates from 0.05 to 10 GHz. It has a P1dB of 14 dBm, OIP3 of 27.5 dBm, gain of 12 dB and noise figure of 3.8 dB. This device is operated from a supply voltage of 2.7 to 5.5 volts and draws 40 to 80 mA of current. It is available in a 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN-6 package and is ideal for use as a microwave backhaul, fast switching TDD systems and multi-stage cascaded amplifier applications.
