GRF2011 Image

The GRF2011 from Guerrilla RF is a broadband linear gain block that operates from 50 to 3800 MHz. It provides a P1dB of 22.7 dBm with a gain of 15.2 dB and a noise figure of 2 dB while operating at 900 MHz. The device requires a supply voltage from 2.7 to 8 V and consumes up to 100 mA of current. It is available in a 1.5 x 1.5 mm surface mount package and is ideal for small cells, wireless infrastructure and cellular repeater applications. The GRF2011 is internally matched to 50 Ohms at the input and output ports, needing only external DC blocks and a bias choke on the output.
