GRF2013 Image

The GRF2013 from Guerrilla RF is a low noise gain block amplifier than operates from 50 to 3800 MHz. It has been designed to have excellent linearity making the amplifier ideal for small cell, wireless infrastructure and other high performance applications. The device requires a supply voltage of 2.7 to 8.0 V with a selectable Iddq range of 30 to 100 mA. The GRF2013 is internally matched to 50 ohms at the input and output and requires only an external DC block and bias choke at the output.
