The GRF2052 from Guerrilla RF is a ultra-low noise linear amplifier for Small Cells and DAS applications that operates from 2.3 to 3.8 GHz. It is available in a 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.55 mm 12-pin plastic QFN package.
