The GRF2052 from Guerrilla RF is a ultra-low noise linear amplifier for Small Cells and DAS applications that operates from 2.3 to 3.8 GHz. It has a gain of 19.2 dB, a noise figure of 0.49 dB and IIP3 of 20 dBm. The LNA offers high levels of reuse both within a design and across platforms and requires a supply of 3 to 6 V. It is available in a 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.55 mm 12-pin plastic QFN package.
