The GRF2071 is a broadband, linear, ultra-low noise amplifier that can be tuned from 0.7 to 2.7 GHz. At 1.9 GHz, it provides a gain of 19.0 dB with a noise figure of 0.35 dB. The LNA delivers a P1dB of 3 dBm, IIP3 of 20 dBm while operating at 5 volts and consuming 55 mA of current. It is available in an ultra-small 2 x 2 mm DFN-8 package and is ideal for small cells, cellular boosters, wireless infrastructure, military grade GPS and DAS applications.
