The GRF2073-W from Guerrilla RF is a linear, ultra-low noise amplifier designed for automotive satellite radio multi-stage LNAs, signal boosters and GPS applications. It provides a P1dB of 19.8 dBm and a gain of 20.5 dB with a noise figure of 0.40 dB while operating at 2332.5 MHz. The LNA requires a supply voltage of 2.7 - 5.5 V and consumes up to 100 mW of power. It is available in a surface mount package.
