The GRF2073W from Guerrilla RF is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It provides a gain of 20.5 dB with a noise figure of less than 0.4 dB and has a P1dB of 18 dBm. This AEC-Q100 (grade 2) qualified LNA is fabricated on a GaAs pHEMT process and is an ideal first-stage LNA solution for high-performance, multi-stage SDARS LNA designs. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 70 mA of current. The LNA is available in a surface-mount DFN 8-pin package that measures 2.00 x 2.00 x 0.75 mm and is ideal for use in cellular boosters, SDARDS LNA, and 5G LNA applications.
