The GRF2074W from Guerrilla RF is an Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 1 to 6 GHz. It provides a gain of 20.5 dB with a noise figure of less than 0.4 dB and has a P1dB of 17.5 dBm. The LNA requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 75 mA of current. This AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified LNA is fabricated using a GaAs pHEMT process and offers flexible bias voltage and current. It is available in a tape and reel package and is ideal for automotive SDARS, small cell, wireless infrastructure, and other high-performance applications.
