The GRF2081 from Guerrilla RF is a broadband, linear, ultra-low noise amplifier designed for small cell and wireless infrastructure applications. It operates from 1.7 to 2.7 GHz and delivers excellent NF and IP3. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 2.7 to 5.0 V depending on application requirements. It is available in a 2 x 2 mm DFN-8 package and is ideal for satellite radio, distributed antenna systems, small cells and repeaters.
