The GRF2100W from Guerrilla RF is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 100 to 3800 MHz. It provides a gain of 16.5 dB with an evaluation board noise figure of less than 0.8 dB and has a P1dB of 10 dBm. This AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified LNA is fabricated using a GaAs pHEMT process and offers flexible bias voltage and current. It requires a DC supply of 5.5 V and consumes less than 30 mA of current. The LNA is available in a surface-mount package and is ideal for use in GPS, compensator, small cells, and cellular repeaters, and distributed antenna systems applications.
