The GRF2115 from Guerrilla RF is a Gain Block that operates from 0.05 to 11 GHz. It delivers an output P1dB of 21.8 dBm and a gain of 17 dB with a noise figure of 1.8 dB. This amplifier is based on a GaAs pHEMT process and has reverse isolation of more than 22 dB. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 130 mA of current. The gain block is available in a compact DFN-8 package that measures 2.0 x 2.0 mm and is ideal for cellular infrastructure, small cells & cellular repeaters, test instruments and C & X band gain block applications.
