The GRF2501-W is an Ultra-low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for IEEE 802.11a/n/ac/p applications from 5.1 to 5.925 GHz. It operates from 4.9 to 6 GHz with a flat gain of 16.5 dB and noise figure of 0.75 dB. The LNA is operated from a single positive supply voltage of 3.3 V and draws 13 mA of current. It is housed in a compact 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.5 mm 6-pin plastic DFN package with input and output ports matched to 50 ohms. It can be integrated into WiFi Access Points, Mobile WiFI Devices, and 802.11p vehicle communication systems.
