The GRF2104 is an Ultra-low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for IEEE 802.11a/n/ac/p applications from 5.1 to 5.925 GHz. It has a gain of 15 dB with a low noise figure of under 1 dB. The LNA is based on the Guerrilla Armor™ technology that provides exceptional off-state isolation in the presence of high RF input signal levels in LNA power-down mode. It can operate with a supply voltage from 2.7 V to 5 V and is available in a compact 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.5 mm 6-pin plastic DFN package with input and output ports matched to 50 ohms.
