The GRF2584 from Guerrilla RF is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 3 to 9 GHz. It provides a gain of up to 36.5 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.4 dB and has an output P1dB of 17 dBm. This LNA is fabricated on a GaAs pHEMT process and is designed for high-performance wireless infrastructure applications. It requires a DC supply from 2.7 to 5 V and consumes 50 mA of current. The LNA is available in a surface-mount DFN 6-pin package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 mm and is ideal for 5GNR bands n48, n77, n78 and n79 massive MIMO base stations, automotive V2X (Band n47) front ends and high-performance RF infrastructure applications.
18 dBm Power Limiting Amplifier from 2 to 18 GHz
InGaAs pHEMT Low Noise Amplifier MMIC from 1.3 GHz to 4.8 GHz
50 W Solid-State Linear Amplifier from 30 to 88 MHz for Tactical Applications
