GRF4002-W Image

The GRF4002-W from Guerrilla RF is a broadband low noise gain block that operates from 700 to 3800 MHz. This amplifier has been designed for small cell, SDARS LNA, GPS, wireless infrastructure and other high performance applications. It provides a gain of 15 dB with a noise figure of 0.85 dB and an output P1dB of 23.5 dBm. This gain block requires a 1.8 to 5.0 V with a selectable IDDQ range of 20 to 80 mA for optimal efficiency and linearity. It is available in a compact surface mount package and is tested for AEC-Q100 Grade 2 applications.
