GRF400x Series Image

The GRF400x Series of Broadband LNA/Linear Drivers are low noise gain blocks designed for small cell, wireless infrastructures and other high-performance applications. The amplifiers are available in multiple frequency configurations from 100 MHz to 6 GHz with gains from 12.7 to 15.7 dB and a noise figure below 1 dB. They offer high levels of reuse both within a design and across platforms and are configured as first stage LNAs, linear drivers or cascaded gain blocks. The devices are operated from a supply voltage of 1.8 to 5V with a selectable Iddq range for optimal efficiency and linearity. They are internally matched to 50 ohms at the input and output ports, needing only external DC blocks and a bias choke on the output.
