The GRF4012W from Guerrilla RF is a Low Noise Gain Block that operates from 0.4 to 4.2 GHz. It provides a gain of 17.8 dB, has a noise figure of 0.9 dB, and a P1dB of 21 dBm. This gain block requires a DC supply from 1.8 to 5 V and consumes less than 80 mA of current.
