The GRF4014 is a low noise amplifier/linear driver that can be tuned from 100 MHz to 3800 MHz. The device can cover 1700 to 3800 MHz with a single set of external components. At 2500 MHz, it provides a gain of 17.0 dB with a noise figure of 0.73 dB. The LNA delivers a P1dB of 24.8 dBm, OIP3 of 38 dBm while operating at 5.0 volts and consuming 65 mA of current. It is available in an ultra-small 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN-6 package and is ideal for small cells, cellular boosters, wireless infrastructure and DAS applications.
