GRF4042 Image

The GRF4042 is a low noise amplifier with a low loss bypass designed for high performance applications from 400 MHz to 2700 MHz. It is based on Guerrilla Armor™ technology that provides exceptional off-state isolation in the presence of high RF input signal levels in LNA disabled mode. The LNA is operated from a single positive supply of 1.8 to 5.0 V with a selectable Iddq range of 20 to 90 mA. It provides 16.2 dB of gain, a P1dB of 20.6 dBm and a noise figure below 0.85 dB. The GRF4042 is available in a compact surface mount 2 x 2 mm package.
