The GRF5010 from Guerrilla RF is a high linearity, high power, low noise amplifier that can be tuned from 0.05 to 6 GHz with fractional bandwidths greater than 30%. At 2.5 GHz, it provides a gain of 17 dB with a noise figure of 0.85 dB. The LNA delivers a P1dB of 28.5 dBm, OIP3 of 45 dBm while operating from an 8 volt supply, consuming 95 mA of current. It is available in a 3 x 3 mm QFN-16, surface mount package and is ideal for multi-stage LNAs, microwave backhaul, and distributed antenna systems applications.
