The GRF5507W from Guerrilla RF is a Two-Stage Power Amplifier that operates from 700 to 800 MHz. It provides a small signal gain of 30.5 dB and maintains a linear output power of 24 dBm at 105°C. This amplifier is based on InGaP HBT technology and provides excellent P1dB, ACLR, and IM3 performance. The high-linearity of this amplifier makes it an ideal choice for transmitter applications that typically do not employ digital predistortion correction schemes. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 195 mA of current.
