The GRF5517-W from Guerrilla RF is a Two-Stage InGaP Power Amplifier that operates from 1.7 to 1.8 GHz. It provides a small signal gain of 27.5 dB with reverse isolation of more than 50 dB and has an output P1dB of 32 dBm. This amplifier has an ACLR (Adjacent Channel Leakage Ratio) of less than -45 dBc and harmonics of better than -55 dBc. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 305 mA of current. The amplifier has flexible biasing that provides latitude for linearity optimization and a digital shutdown feature. It is available in a compact QFN-16 package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for cellular boosters, picocells/femtocells, customer premise equipment & automotive compensators in 5G Infrastructure, automotive, cellular boosters/DAS, military and Wi-Fi applications.
