The GRF5605 from Guerrilla RF is a Two-Stage Linear Power Amplifier that operates from 617 to 652 MHz. It delivers an output power of 25 dBm with a gain of 28.2 dB and has a rise/fall time of 500 ns. This amplifier is based on InGaP technology, has an ACLR of better than -45 dBc, and does not require a digital pre-distortion correction.
